Customer Return Policy

Important Notes:
 

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including a replacement or full refund.


How to Return a Product:
 

  • For customers within their 30-day trial:

    1. Please read our 30-day Trial Policy first.
    2. Use our online Return Form to provide your name, email address, order number, and a brief explanation of your return.
    3. You must return the product according to the conditions outlined in our 30-day Trial Policy.
    4. Returned items should include your name, address, and the date of purchase or the order number.
     

  • Consumers who believe they have a Guarantee claim: 

    1. Please read our Guarantee Policy first.
    2. You shall provide your name, email address, order number, description and photographic image(s) of the defect via our online Return Form.
    3. If your claim is approved, you must send the defective product and all its parts, including the original packaging, back to us.
    4. Returned items should include your name, address, and the date of purchase or the order number.
     

  • UK customers:
     
    We will provide you with a complimentary return service by DPD for a hassle-free posting of the product back to our facility. 
    If you choose not to use our free returns service, we will not refund your return costs. In this case, we strongly recommend using insured and trackable postage, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage and will not issue a refund in such circumstances. Once we email you the web link for your free return, you will have ten days to drop off the item with one of our courier partners. If you do not return your item(s) within this time, your request may be void.
     

  • International customers:

    Please note that we cannot offer you free returns. We will provide you with a return address to our facility. We strongly recommend a trackable method for mailing your return and that the item be insured against loss and damage in transit, as we cannot be responsible and will not issue a refund in such circumstances.


Custom Charges on International Returns

Please be aware that all international buyers are responsible for customs charges, duties, and taxes that may be applied to their returns. Please note that Bellmorale Ltd cannot be responsible for accepting returns that incur such charges. Any refund for successfully returned items will be minus the original shipping cost and applicable customs charges, duties or taxes. We appreciate your understanding.
