We use DPD courier services for all our UK and international deliveries. DPD offers a fully trackable and speedy service, ensuring that you can monitor the status of your shipment every step of the way.
 

Notification & Flexibility:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email, providing you with all the necessary tracking information. Should you need to adjust the delivery, you can easily choose to have your item delivered to a neighbour or a designated pick-up shop – directly through the notification.
 

UK Delivery:
 

• Next-Day Delivery: UK orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays qualify for free next-day delivery, subject to unforeseen delays.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday and usually arrive on Tuesday.

• Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed on bank holidays are processed the next working day.
   

International Delivery:
 

• Shipping fees for international orders will apply and vary based on the product and shipping distance.

• The expected delivery time for international orders depends on distance and customs clearance. Typically, parcels are expected to arrive within:
   

  • 2-5 working days for deliveries within Europe

  • 3-10 working days for the rest of the world

Please be aware that all international buyers are responsible for customs charges, duties, and taxes that may be applied to their orders or returns.

If you refuse to accept delivery due to customs charges or taxes, your order may be returned to us. Any refunds issued will be minus the original shipping cost and any charges incurred by Bellmorale Ltd related to the return.
