Guarantee Coverage:

Our 1-Year Guarantee covers defects in materials and artistry under regular use and care.

The Guarantee only applies to bedding products purchased directly from Bellmorale (via bellmorale.co.uk); purchases from third-party retailers are subject to their guarantee policy.
What is Covered:

Any defects in stitching, fabric, or any other component of the bedding product

Issues related to materials that affect the product’s functionality and use
What is Not Covered:

Cosmetic or structural damage to the product due to humidity, moisture, sweating, stains, tears, burns, exposure to the sun, liquids, fire or any other external cause

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow care instructions

Damage caused by use with another product

Damage caused by modification performed by a person not representative of Bellmorale Ltd

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, and deterioration due to regular use

Minor imperfections, such as slight cosmetic flaws

Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers

Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost sleep or discomfort
How to Claim the Guarantee:

To start the return process, please complete our online Return Form on the same page, just below our Customer Return Policy.

If your claim is approved, you shall send the defective product and all its parts, including the original packaging, back to us.
Resolution:

Once we receive your returned product and verify the defect, we will either repair the item, replace it with a new one, or offer you a refund at our discretion. The repaired or replacement product will be provided with a guarantee equal to the remaining period of the original Guarantee at the point of claim.

The decision on the Guarantee claim will be made within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned product.
